2025-01-14 Trying to Get a Netlist

So today I've been trying to just get a netlist to run my other tasks with, but:

1. I tried getting stuff from the CARP RTL but they commented out some of it out and when trying to run it anyways there seems to be a missing python package that is hard to install (namely because we're in a virtual environment)
2. I tried bringing up my old CPE 333 code, but that also had some issues because I was using a CARP templated makefile.

I think I'll stick with my 333 code since it's simpler and it's something that would work in the final report too. I just need to:
