IPv6 vs. IPv4 (Dual Stack Machines)

When debating between IPv6 and IPv4, most devices that run one need to run the other (higher priority to IPv4 over 6). Hence, we have to make machines that handle the "better" protocol if at all possible, but doesn't break the old machine by supporting the old protocol as a backup.
