Week 1, January 10, 2025

Tasks Completed:

• Looked at our requirements for tasks for Milestone #2 for the next 3 weeks.
• Met with Oliver and talked about a revisement on the requirements for the project.
• I looked at using Firebase to store and use files that we need in the cloud. I've decided I need to just decide to use it, as we can add per-user files and thus allow people to sign-up with their own model and their own configuration.
• As an aside I looked at setting up JTAG on the ESP32-S3, but realized that may be too complicated so if there's more time in the future we can use that.

Tasks for the Next Week:

• Replace the old code to send data to a Google Script to our drive with a Firebase instance (most of the code is the same, just changing the URL to POST data to).

• Insert a folder to collect a model.cc from Tim and have a way for the ESP to GET request from that database location.

  Blockers:

• I really just need to map out the whole Firebase side of things before going into the details, as I don't want to have to rewrite code again.

Meeting with Customer:

• Decided to totally run on the ESP (the model). Need to see if there’s docs on the TFLite Interpreter (on board)
• Keep the ESP (since it’s better specs)
• Don’t need to focus on power efficiency for this quarter.
• The prototype is nice. Try to aim for it.
• It’s a nice add-on to add more information for other sensor

Parts/Components to Order: 
Nothing yet. We may get a JTAG Debugger for the base board but that's if we feel like it. We will get a new ESP board though just to have better development.
